2016 Accreditation applications

Accreditation represents the highest level of achievement within NZCS and the cinematography profession. 

Accredited members are the only people who are allowed to use the letters NZCS after their name. Permission to use these letters publicly acknowledges your standing in the international cinematography community.

NZCS accreditation is built on three principles:

• Peer recognition that you are a master of the cinematography craft 
• Skill recognition irrespective of the field, format or genre in which you work
• Only full members of NZCS are eligible - after a qualifying period of three years

2016 accreditations will be awarded at the New Zealand Cinematography Awards dinner in October. (The judging process is completely separate from the New Zealand Cinematography Awards). 

Each application for accreditation is considered at length and is judged on its own merit, rather than in comparison to other applications. It is not a competition.

To apply, register here, download and complete the application form, and mail your application, supporting documents and media to the address provided.  You will need to log in to register.
