Christo Montes holds his 2019 Gold NZCS Award for Tagata Pasifika: Tongan Chief Touvai Poloniati, after it was presented by NZFC representative Marc Ashton.

On 16 October 2021 we will be celebrating you and your colleagues' best cinematography from the past three years at the prestigious NZCS Awards and after party.

No matter what area you work in, winning a Gold, Silver or Bronze NZCS award is recognition among cinematographers that you have shot work that stands out and deserves recognition.

It's all about what you shot within the production's genre and format. What's more, because there can be more than one gold, silver, or bronze award in each category there is room for you to win an award no matter what your budget was.
